CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Josh started Flood Marketing in 2010. Currently, Josh is focused on strategic planning both internally for our team and externally for our clients. One of Josh’s goals is to build a team of individuals that can come together and create something bigger than each of us could do individually. Josh is passionate about friendships, skiing, and everything Apple.
Our Wildcard, Brady, used Myspace at the age of 16 to bring 500+ out of their small community shells to buy a ticket to his band’s rock show. Brady was built for creating strong relationships and is passionate about creating something larger than himself, Harley Davidson Motorcycles and lasting experiences.

Our food guru, Jonny, spends his time building Flood’s current and potential client relationships. A true Wyomingite, Jonny loves the cold and snow. Anytime it snows, we like to blame him for it. If you’re new to Sheridan, be sure to ask for his menu suggestions to any local restaurant.

Mark’s primary function is to be a generational conduit to showcase the immense talent at Flood. According to his kids, when he is not working, he is collecting cool flashlights and epic Bluetooth speakers.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dan graduated with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, then promptly (and happily) traded in a world of distillation columns and thermodynamics for a universe of graphic design and illustration. He enjoys lettering art, mystery novels, big ideas, home organization, and getting people to talk about what they love.

Artist and exotic car lover, Micah Trampe, graduated in 2014 from the University of Wyoming with a degree in art.
